Sample survey on the housing market in Italy
The Bank of Italy has, since March 2009, the publication of a Supplement to the Statistical Bulletin, which in each quarter, reports the results of a survey among a representative sample of real estate agents on the state of the residential market in Italy, conducted together with Tecnoborsa and, from the edition for the third quarter of 2010, the Agency of Natural Resources.The report describes the views of operators on the performance of sales of residential property, the prices in the reference quarter compared to the previous and the prospects for short-term local and national.
